I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel due to a basic and unacceptable issue: there was no hot water. What made this worse is that the hotel did not inform guests in advance about the problem. I only discovered it when I tried to shower. Hot water is a fundamental amenity, not a luxury. Had I been told beforehand, I could have made an informed decision or booked elsewhere. Instead, I was put in an uncomfortable situation with no prior warning and no meaningful resolution offered. Transparency matters in hospitality. If essential services are unavailable, guests deserve to know before they check in. Unfortunately, that did not happen here, and it significantly impacted my stay. I would not recommend this hotel unless they improve communication and ensure basic facilities are reliably available.

Stayed just one night, ground floor room. Very clean, super comfy pillows. There are tile floors, which just seemed so much cleaner than carpet is. Breakfast buffet was good, very nice stay.

No Hot water, after calling came to know its ongoing issue and they are waiting for maintenance.. in such case they should not take reservation... no care of guests if some one want to take shower to feel fresh. Also dirty and stains in bath tub and toilet bowl.

The staff tried to help, but this trip was a disaster. The room was 49 degrees when we arrived. There was no heat. They offered us a tiny space heater. It promptly started sparking. I asked for another room and they said they didn't have any. They gave us another space heater. It slowly got the room warmer, but it was still unpleasant. Also, there was zero hit water. Not like it was like warm. Literally none. So anyway, you get what you pay for, but even at this budget price, it was not worth it. The only plus was the free breakfast, which was above average for a hotel of this type.

A very basic hotel. We checked into our room and we were all settled in only to discover there was no hot water! My daughter and I had to pack up our things and return to the front desk. We were given another room but there was still no hot water. The spigot in the bathtub was not fixed to the wall and falling out. We waited over an hour and a half in the lobby for maintenance to come and reset the boiler. We finally were able to get into our original room and my daughter got her shower. I got up in the morning for a shower only to discover no hot water again! The staff was as helpful as they could be but a very basic service of any hotel is to provide hot water when needed!

The front desk person Adam was so helpful and kind. The room was what you would expect from pretty much any hotel but was clean and also was stocked with the normal things coffe tea soap shampoo body wash ect. The pool was nice as well, though it was a bit cold in the pool room. However with the temperatures in PA i guess thats to be expected. Also i was pretty surprised with the breakfast. They offered three types of cereal, yogurt with multiple topping, plenty of fruit, potatoes, sausage links, scrambled eggs with cheese, 2 or 3 types of muffins muffins , toast, english muffins, and a station to make your own waffles and even had whipped cream for on them or your hot cocco (which my kiddos loved)

As a retired commercial airline pilot with hundreds of hotel visits, this was the worst experience I've ever had! Booked for 5 days. Checked in and front desk clerk gave us very little information. A text later asked if I had questions or issues. I responded that I didn't know the hours for breakfast and that there was a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower bar. I recall hearing/reading that housekeeping came every 3rd day to clean rooms. We put all our towels on the floor anticipating housekeeping. Upon later return that night we found the room was not cleaned. We had to pick our dirty towels up off the floor to use the next day. As I went to get breakfast that day I stopped by the front desk. The desk clerk was so engrossed watching a video on her phone that she didn't even see me standing there and ignored me. When we came down later to leave, I stopped and asked the desk clerk, "What's the deal with housekeeping?" I was immediately confronted with accusations of being rude. The discussion quickly devolved into more accusations. I was told housekeeping had passed by my room because there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door at 10:30 AM. Was shocked to discover that housekeeping did not stop by later to check if the room was free to be cleaned. After being told the manager was not on the property and wouldn't return for 2 days, we took her business card. I called the manager and left a frantic message asking her to return my call but never got one. Will NEVER return!

We felt that the property was a great value for the low price. It did not seem as modern as some other similar Country Inn and Suites that we've stayed at, and looked a little "tired", but it was clean, safe, convenient and the staff was very friendly.

The room was ok. Clean but needs maintenance. Sheetrock repair, shower not fully functioning for a handicap accessibility and furnace thermostat not working. Needed new batteries that luckily I've replaced in my own home as front desk person really had no clue about and I did myself so I could have heat. They did have the batteries and I got my heat.
