The staff were friendly, there was no elevator offered for the second floor so that was odd. The area in general is sketchy and the outside could use some work. Overall the room was large and decent but not sure we would stay again.

The room was not very clean, especially the carpeting. We specifically booked here because we were told the pool was open, and we were coming to Joplin specifically to spend time with our grandsons. The pool was really gross, and was not open for the season yet. The front desk person was very nice and apologetic. Since we had to pay for 5 nights at a location we could not have our gransons at, the entire very expensive trip was a bit of a bust.

We needed a quick place to stay on a long road trip. The beds and floors and bathroom sink was very clean and quiet. The shower surround was not clean and shower parts were not attached. The air unit did not blow air very fast but kept the room cool. All the rooms open to the outside so while it was a safe area Inwouod have felt a bit better had it been a secure entrance. The front desk gal was super helpful and nice at 1 in the morning. Hit breakfast was wonderful!

Overall the stay was great. We quickly got checked in, were given the instructions to get to our room and told where to park. The room was clean, but smelled like someone just lit up in there. Breakfast was great. Person in charge of breakfast was very helpful. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was way too strong. The entire sink was soaked after use.

The room was great - a futon couch in one are and behind a wall the 2 beds. Tv in each area allowing adults and children to watch different things. Breakfast was OK.
