Parking was a little rough. BUT they offered shuttle service to almost anywhere on the island. The drivers were courteous,friendly and informative. Enjoyed our stay. Staff was very helpful.

Our stay at Icona wzs very nice. The room was very comfortable and clean. I liked that everything was done in white, linens, bath robes, towels etc. The staff was always pleasant and very helpful.

The property is very nice and clean. The room was incredibly small could barely turnaround in the bathroom, ridiculously small. And the mattress on the king size bed we could feel the springs thru,and it was lumpy,really awful, we actually checked out early because of it. Very disappointing.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I had a problem with the in room coffee maker and a rep was sent to my room to fix the problem. One day I forgot to pull the "do not disturb" sign and needed towels late (6 7pm?). I called & the towels quickly arrived. Always a "good morning" and a return smile. You are appreciated at the Cape May Icona.

Clean rooms with a nice balcony. Staff was great. Very friendly. On site parking was convenient. They have a shuttle that can take you anywhere you want to go. We did not utilize it and we chose to just drive ourselves and pay for parking at the meters but it is an option. Would definitely stay again!

Incredibly friendly staff, shuttle transportation around town, which is invaluable in order not to lose that prized parking space and most of all clean, updated rooms at an affordable price. Highly recommend!!!
