Stayed here for 2 nights before our Disney cruise. This resort is beautiful! Very clean and friendly staff! Gigi at the front desk was very helpful. If you’re looking for a great place for a great price this is it!! I will definitely book again anything I’m in the area!

Stayed the night before our cruise. Super convenient and easy to get to the port. Free shuttle and cheaper parting then at the port. Paid 12.50 per day. The hotel was great. Pool and food nice. Room was super clean and spacious. Johnathan the bellhop was awesome . Would definitely stay here again.

Nice facilities. Comfortable rooms. Refrigerator turns on snooze in middle of night spoiling my food and maintenance not sure how to reset it stating many different models. Check in stating I don’t have car and checked out and charged for parking and girl at reception said she didn’t understand the computer and my bill included parking she claimed she removed and then I received an additional bill on my credit card for parking. Called hotel twice and left email and eventually had to dispute with my credit card, very annoying. AC very loud when adjusting temperature at night. Besides that great pool but ran out of towels twice, not sure if everyone at pool is a guest. Nice pool bar and bartenders. Kid friendly pools.

There were dirty food plates on the hallway carpet near the door to leave the entire day we stayed. There was random trash on the grounds. There were many cigarette butts in the ground everywhere and a used cigarette and a bunch of matches sitting right next to the hot tub. The microwave barely worked and the shower curtain bar and toilet paper bar were falling off. There were no towels left in the pool area. I would not stay here again for the amount of money we paid! However the bed was very comfortable! It was a pretty large room!

It was ok. I wouldnt say it was really anything special. The beds were comfortable. The shower in one of our rooms had a damaged and leaking shower head that sprayed water on the ceiling. Was not impressed for $350.00 per room per night.

I recommend not getting a room facing the pool area. The doors are paper thin and its noisy at all hours. Hopefully you dont have idiot neighbors like we did, who get drunk and fight every night, because the walls are paper thin too. No response from mgmt about moving rooms. Pool was nice, service was mixed, recommend the Italian restaurant nearby.
