I have added a few descriptors above for what we liked besides the choices there. However, it was not without issues. When I booked the room, I asked for an extra 2-3 pillows. They were not there when we arrived. I spoke to 4 people about this in 24 hours and they finally showed up only after I sent a message to the manager. Secondly, I was unhappy with the cleanliness of the room. The bathroom toilet had not been cleaned completely. The bathroom sink was cracked from the ledge to the drain spout. I've been an RN working in Infection Control before I retired and I can tell you no amount of cleaning is going to prevent bacteria from lodging and growing in there. There was a lot of caulking around the bathtub, some of which appeared to have mildew on it. Dusting in the room was kind of haphazard. For example, the lower bars of the desk had a lot of dust. All were reported to the property.

I liked the staff. Anthony was great to deal with. He was the one to check us in the first night and was there that morning we checked out. He willingly walked around with us to check out our concerns about the property and its condition. There were severval cleanliness concerns, these concerns also exasperated medical conditions. My intention was to bring awareness to the property, however we were offered a refund of our stay because of the conditions that wrre brought to attention.

The pool and hot tub area were very rusty and parts of the floor and wall falling apart... Also didn't look like the spa area had been cleaned in a while with a bunch of debris at the bottom! Otherwise the hotel community area and rooms were nice and clean and staff very friendly and accommodating!

Terrible check-in experience, partial fault of Expedia but front desk rep was not very knowledgeable, helpful, or in a hurry. Property is conveniently located near shopping and food with easy parking. Rooms dated but decent, could use a deep clean but overall pretty good.

Stayed here maybe 20 years ago and it was decent. Stayed this past weekend with my kids and hotel was terrible. The front desk was hardly staffed and you had to wait a long time to get assistance. Front desk never answers the telephone either. We had a dead mouse in our hotel room which I’ve never experienced ever with a hotel stay. I think the front desk guy we had the first night was high. His eyes were red and bloodshot and seemed out of it. The pool never had towels. On our second night the front desk staff were nowhere to be found. I let my self into the laundry area to grab my own towels for my family. Laundry room was left unlocked and anyone could enter. Continental breakfast was ok. Limited options in a very small room. Long lines especially for the single waffle maker.
