Run down property, carpet full of musty smell, tiles worm out everywhere, swimming pool and hot tub water murkey, got allergic and itchy reaction. Vents fully rusted and full of lint clogged. Lobby smelled full of smoke and alcohol. Expedia pictures are too old and reality is completely different. Booked 2 queens bed and they gave me 2 full beds, as only 1 person can sleep.I did not sleep whole night. I stretched on chair. Hotel doesn't have any room with queens bed. Staff (ana)was rude and arrogant. No towel in swimming area. They kept fooling that laundry machine broken. Worst hotel I ever stayed.

The room was very clean except for a chaise lounge that had some stains on it. We understood that the hotel is in a transition and simply avoided that piece of furniture. The shower was excellent with the pulsing shower head and strong pressure. Breakfast was better than expected and the options were very satisfying. We enjoyed our stay and the staff were helpful and friendly. Looking forward to the future changes as the rooms and other areas undergo updating.

The heating unit in the room was very loud, on Saturday morning it sounded like a car with a broken fanbelt! Our room also didn't get cleaned on Saturday despite a request to make that happen. Thats the only bad stuff I can say though. The staff was friendly. The hotel itself is going a renovation and I'm sure it'll be very nice when completed. It's in a very convenient spot, for our needs as well.

We have stayed here many times because it’s a good location and it’s affordable. However the room really didn’t have adequate heating for the size of the room. We could have used a real coffee maker in the room . Basics items like paper towels or spoons for coffee would be great. Definitely more outlets especially near bed to plug in essential items. It definitely needs more lighting. The sofa was set up so you could not see tv if you sat on it. The room needs more color too. Seemed pretty drab. Love the hot tub and the convenience of the location to everything. Definitely a good location. It just really needs to be ungraded with out charging a fortune for the rooms.

The staff is incredible, more than met any and every request promply and politely. The pool and hot tub couldn't be better! The breakfast was delicious, not to mention 24 hour free coffee, tea and cocoa! I'd happily live there if it was an option!

Perfect spot and price for a girls’ shopping weekend! The mall and tons of stores are nearby, and bonus — this place still has a hot tub (hard to find these days!). After a long day of shopping, it was exactly what we needed. The free continental breakfast the next morning hit the spot too!

Dated and Nice Staff

They are under construction. Room was dated. The pool was dated. I'm sure it will be nicer after the Reno. Breakfast was cold. The lobby staff were nice and helpful.
