I was not greeted in a timely manner.The representative was unfriendly, did not share any helpful information for our stay. We had planned for a joining rooms were to be queen beds in each room. They were not.

Perfectly Adequate Stay

We had a king suite on the top floor which was great. Comfortable bed, nice sitting room apart from the bedroom area, and nice views of the park and mountains from our windows. Quiet stay with typical breakfast items. The bathroom had a light bulb that was out and it should be replaced for better lighting. Tub faucet leaked and sprayed out from the wall when shower was activated. There was no one at the front desk to check us out so we just left the keys on the counter. This hotel might be a little short staffed, but it was still a decent stay.

Excellent place to stay. The hot breakfast bar had a lot of choices and my husband who has to eat gluten free appreciates that. The staff were all really friendly and cheerful and the rooms were clean and comfy. A great value. We’ll be back.

Enterance into property was very confusing- no real sign. Evening staff wasn’t very welcoming, very dry but the morning staff was very friendly. Room had garbage in bathroom garbage can. Coffee maker hadn’t been switched out, had coffee grounds all over inside.
