Hotel was great except that the pool was closed for renovation and Expedia did show that. The pool for our granddaughter was one of the reasons we selected that hotel. Otherwise it was very good.

We scheduled our stay as this hotel for the pool for our grandkids. When we got there, there was a sign saying the pool was closed for repairs. We were very disappointed. The lady at the front desk was very nice and offered to give us a refund and even called around and found us a different hotel. Since we booked through hotels.com she told us to call them to get our refund. Long story short, Garner refused to give the refund..

Nice breakfast--plenty of choices. The room was clean and comfortable with amenities such as hand soap and shower gel dispensers. Plenty of towels & pillows.

Name changed to Garner IHG so that was a bit confusing. Rooms were nice, bed was comfy as was the pillows. Breakfast was good. Coffee was not good. TV screen was fuzzy in our room. A lot of TV channels to select from. We were with other people who said their TV was fuzzy too. All in all, we would stay again. It was super quiet- we loved that.

Con, we stayed at this hotwl because of the pool. When we got there, they were undee construction and the pool was closed. The main reason we stayed there!! Place is also being rebranded and under construction
