AC made a terrible noise so it was unusable, nobody was at the front desk to resolve issues of noisy neighbors, broken tv remote, or people continuously smoking under the window.
Just one of the many issues with cleanliness. This the bathroom, all corners were like this.

There were no large towels in the bathroom? Only hand towels. The bed also only had two pillows, very stiff. It was clean enough and did the job, but I can't say it was great, nor would I seek out this place to book again.

The hotel was clean but lots of old stains. That may not make sense, but I can tell any stains in the room were old as the room was clean. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The location was okay… not walkable to downtown Burlington but a short ride. I would consider staying again, depending on the occasion and pricing, but likely would consider paying a bit more for a place that is more updated and in a better location. That being said, I did not feel unsafe in this area.

Disgusting and sketchy. When booking a Motel 6, we expected a clean room with a roof over our heads, nothing fancy. We did not expect this to be operating as a homeless shelter. People need a chance to get their lives on track, fine but this was not disclosed to us. The premises were full of dilapited vehicles, sketchy charachters reeking of tobacco, weed, and crack. We had to change rooms because there was blood on the sheets and light switches as well as some mystery stain in the bathrub. All this despite there being a card from housekeeping saying the room had been cleaned that day (9/24). When we went to change rooms, the person at reception didn't question any of it and just said the room hadn't been cleaned so allowed us to switch rooms.The new room had at least been cleaned. Other issues we noticed were strange sounds throughout the night, a half-dozen shedding dogs that we crossed baths with inside the hotel, and what appeared to be the laundry room that was being used both by staff and guests, giving us the impression that the bedsheets were being washed in the same machines that drug-addicted homeless people were washing who-knows-what in. We booked two nights but only stayed one. On the morning we left, management was going around knocking on doors. I'm not sure if this was to collect payments or check on ODs but either way, we got out of there pretty fast. C'mon, guys. Get it together.

Pretty decent for the money. Had microwave and refrigerator. Large shower/tub with a seat. Continental breakfast would have been good. A lot of homeless/low income with dogs live in the units. Just not used to that.

Basic But Clean

The accommodations were exactly what I wanted, clean, but nothing fancy and not expensive. It is easy to get and is right off the interstate The cost was less than most of the hotels in the area but still way more than I would pay just a few years ago. It was not crowded so there was plenty of room for me to park my pickup truck and car trailer in the back. The only guests I really saw were weekly or longer people, but they were all friendly and nice. I wish they provided a breakfast but McDonald’s and Burger King are right there.

I have stayed in more hotels than I can count and have never experienced one that smelled as bad as this one did. The only reason I didn't walk out immediately and ask for a refund is because I was so exhausted from traveling and had to be on the road again in a few hours. Even the clothes I was wearing in the hotel smelled after I left. I don't know how this place has anyone stay there.

90% Fantastic Stay

The receptionist was absolutely fantastic. She even remembered the time of my wake-up call on the second day of me calling for a wake-up call. One downfall - they allow pets at this hotel and there was dog "poop" in the hall when my husband went to the store at 5:30 a.m. It was cleaned up by the time i left the hotel at 7:30. Very convenient location and great rooms. Will stay there the next time wa go to Lake Champlain.

The room was cleaner than another nearby motel that we stayed in recently; no carpet helped a lot. Price matched the amenities. Will probably stay here again.
