The chair was missing from our room, which was weird. But the staff overall was very professional. I would like to call out the shuttle driver on Aug. 10, 2025 at 5am. Excellent service, a lovely attitude and full of graciousness.

Kudos to your staff members at the front check in desk. As I was checking in, another customer was in there throwing a fit and being very aggressive. The staff handled the situation well, while continuing to work with me on my own check in. The only bad review I have, is that being on the first floor, I could hear a ton of stomping around go on above me, making it difficult to fall asleep. This is a tad annoying when I have to get up at 3am to catch a flight, but it's not something easily controlled, and I understand. Overall, very nice space. The Tavern was amazing as well, with great service.
