This getaway is very spacious including a fully stocked kitchen, 2 TV's, Wi-Fi internet, garage, 4 bedrooms, one is also a game room of sorts. Huge back deck with grill and outdoor patio table over looking view of Arkansas Valley and Collegiate Peak Mountains....BREATHTAKING! It is conveniently located to ALL of the valley's activities from Leadville, Mt. Princeton to Salida yet tucked away from neighbors! Be sure to bring binoculars to watch the wildlife.
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for $25.00 night per dog and a $25.00 additional cleaning fee. $350 damage deposit which is promptly refunded if house is left in proper condition.
Stay 6 nights and you will get the 7th night free..
