The stay wasn’t bad, however, we were spammed with a $5 per night resort fee, that we didn’t see mentioned on hotels.com, and the front desk told us they were taking a refundable incidental fee, which was not charged to our card, but when we called about the $10 not bring refunded, the told us it was a $5 per night resort fee. Unlikely that we will stay here again due to not being told up front when we booked.

Booked for the advertised view, but it's obstructed by newer builds. Arrived at 3p, which was an option via the system, and received a cold "nothing is available till 4" even though the property was fairly empty. Came back at 430 and different staff was friendlier. They allowed us to check the room first and kindly cancelled our reservation when we didn’t like it. Room was cramped in width, depth, and height. Smelled clean but furniture and fixtures were so worn out it was hard to tell. Property is under renovation, so hope they're going to work on the rooms.

Great Location and Very Clean

Good: Very clean!!! Convenient location for access to the park and nearby entertainment Nice rooms Could be improved: Breakfast at Ebeneezer's was nice, but the eggs, sausages, etc. were always cold Pillows on the beds weren't very comfortable Overall it was a positive visit and we enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is right outside of Bryce Canyon National Park, so very convenient. No complaints about the room and staff was great. Only minor thing is they kept emailing me - asking me to pre-check in prior, asking arrival time, and then I received an email asking what time I was checking out (I had already left). I am not usually contacted this much by hotels. Didn't really care for it. Otherwise, a good stay.

The property area is big. You had to walk aways to the breakfast area. The pool was across the main street. Not really in walking distance. Our room need work. The toilet didnt flush well. The floor really squeezed. It needs work.
