This was a wonderful hotel very close to the entrance to Bryce Canyon National Park. The western theme was fun. There was buffet dining breakfast, lunch and dinner - which was fast and convenient. We'd stay there again when we go back to Bryce Canyon.

I am giving it an okay rating which I amended from my previous thoughts. Its proximity to Bryce and the shuttle as well as the way that management handled a complaint was its saving grace. I am still perplexed how it can be called a ‘resort’ especially if you are not in the main building. It is a trek from the lodges.The rooms have an odor- the carpets should be pulled- especially since it is pet-friendly. That being said- the breakfast is generous and the staff were kind and professional.

Probably the best choice in BRyce Canyon

There's little to choose from around Bryce Canyon and BW-Ruby's is well located. It's pricey for what you get and the beds - particularly the pillows - weren't comfortable. Mentioned it in my review to the hotel. Had two rough nights sleep with what was square and rather thick pillows. Restaurant is OK. Lots of on-site amenities.

Nice property, but the floor squeaked when we walked on them, and I felt sorry for the people staying below us. We tried to be quiet, but there was no way to move in the room without the squeaking going on. We could hear people in the room next to a squeaking also so it must be a problem, unique to deer Lodge.

Old! Needs a lot of updating. No decent food. Worst hotel we stayed at during our 10 day trip. We left after 1 night. Front desk check-in staff were very pleasant but talk very fast.

Road Trip

Ruby Inn was a great place to stay. it offers everything would need while exploring Bryce Canyon Park. It is a very large place with a restaurant, general store, parking, is a stop for the park shuttle. The room clean and comfortable! I would highly recommend this hotel for the amenities and locations.

Ruby’s dominates this town. They have general/grocery store, restaurant, shuttle stop, and ample parking. However, we thought our room was in a main hotel building not a 2nd floor motel style set up with exterior doors and no elevator. We lugged heavy suitcases up the stairs
