Perfect location

The room we had was good. Loved that parking was in front of the room. Beds were comfy, pillows were too small. Room was clean, staff was nice. However, I don’t recommend the restaurant. The food was subpar for the price and service was not good. The location of the hotel was perfect for everything we did in and around Bryce Canyon.

Wow is all I can say. The amenities, the convenience, the friendly staff, the dining options were all right on. The rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. Shuttle service available from hotel to all areas of Bryce Canyon.

From the outside this property shines. The check in area and common spaces are all well kept. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately that’s where the good impression ends. The room was dated. Tub and sink drains backed up, messy caulking around the tub, dated fixtures. Bathroom window was broken and patched with plywood. Room had weird smell that was half cleaner and half something else. Bed was a poor innerspring mattress. Gaps under the door to the exterior. Dark, drab interior. Restaurant food was generally poor, although the people next to us seemed to like their steak. I ordered beer battered shrimp and got US Foods frozen breaded shrimp for $18 (cheapest meal on the menu). Breakfast was on par with what most chain hotels offer for free. The location can’t be beat, which is why this place sticks around. It’s clear the investors are wringing every drop of profit possible from stay-once tourists.
