Very clean and quiet hotel. Only notes are that the sheets seem to be made out of straw (okay maybe not straw…. But I really cheap fabric)

The smoke detector would go off with a hot shower. Loud neighbors, slamming doors nearby. Young adults partying in the parking lot late at night. The room was fine its just the other customers being obnoxious and inconsiderate

I didn't make it to the hotels as i had car trouble on the way. I reached out to hotles.com to let them know that i had to get a tow truck and they tried to reach hotel for me and noone answered. I have screenshot of my conversation with hotels.com. The hotel marked me as no show. I called to request a refund as an unforseen situation occured. They wont do a refund or offer a stay another time. This is horrible customer service.

Excellent where it counts!

Very comfortable bed (King room), love the laminate flooring and BRAVO for USB outlets in accessible places. A/C worked well. Staff all very friendly and helpful, in person or on the phone. GREAT walking trail behind the hotel for our dog, including a convenient bag/disposal station. Breakfast was good, coffee just adequate. Building slightly ragged in some public areas but it's just cosmetic, they have invested where it counts! Would love to see a lighted mirror in the rooms for applying makeup. Would stay again.

Newly renovated but still lacking

For a newly re ovated hotel, there is still work to be done. The electical outlets obviosly did not get swapped pit with the lastest renovation as many in the room were broken. Be careful when entering the hotel from the pool as the tile in the lobby is extremely slippery when wet - maybe a poor choice of tile at that point. Breakfast was ok. The english muffins seemed like they were very stale and could pass as a hockey puck instrad. Breakfast room was got and could not stay very long in there as the heat is up too high for my liking
