Romantic accommodation in Broadbeach

Lovely property in a great location. Easy walking to shopping and restaurants. We made good use of the pool, spa and gym. Beds were a little firm could use a softer topper but otherwise it was a fantastic stay and will definitely be back

Our apartment was on the top floor and we enjoyed the magnificent view of Beach Beach. There were good eating places in The Star or you can catch the Light Rail to Southport for even more choices.

The renovations are fantastic. We were very impressed with the room and the lovely staff. Not our first visit and wont be our last. We will be back again soon.

Wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Parking was easily arranged and accessible.

With the poor score on communication, it wasn't explained that the reception would be closed at 1pm Saturday and Sunday. We had an email asking us what time would we be there - we said before 3-4pm. On arrival we went early and filled out the check in and stored bags, advised we would get a call when the room was ready but no call. Only to come back at 3pm to find we were locked out and needed to contact afterhours and give informaiton about our stay to someone on the phone. Recommend this could be changed in the initial email we had from Ocean pacific. Everything else was great from staff to property.
