Rhe aur conditioning didnt blow hard enough to keep the room at any type of cool temperature. The housekeeping staff were incredible & very nice. I got charged a $60 deposit for no reason. We did not leave a mess or damage anything what so ever. If we break or ruin something, then it is our responsibility as a person and human being to fix it or pay for it. Im no moocher and we work gard for our money and pay what our family owes gladly and proudly, but this place is a rip off. Trying to steal honest workong peoples money.

I would have given this hotel, based on its price, amenities, and location, five stars if the key card didn’t turn off every morning. Onto two separate days, I left the hotel room before 11 o’clock in the morning and could not get back in without going to the front desk and getting the card re-scanned. I found that frustrating and very inconvenient. Someone needs to fix their system to have the cards turn off after checkout time at 11:00 AM.
