Very noisy. Room above us people running back and forth stomping. I called front desk and they did nothing about it. Breakfast was average and very very crowded. Dining room was not large enough. Washing machine was going ALL night long. Beds were very very hard and very uncomfortable. Bathroom was very very small. I’ll never stay at this property again.

Had a few small difficulties...upon checking in, we went to our room and found it was already occupied. Given a new room. Problem solved. Later, while removing my device from the bedside table's drawer, discovered a live cochroach. Bleh. Beds were nice. Room size was fine. Bathroom extreemly small. I have stayed here before in a different building where the bathrooms were normal sized, which is to say big enough to close door without having to move between toilet and tub, and having the sink counter fit inside the bathroom.

We were not very happy the first night of our stay. One of the lamps did not work, it took over an hour for the jacuzzi to drain due to stopper broke, it was hard to set the temperature on the digitial air because some of the light digits weren't burnt out and the comforter was almost as thin as the sheet so we were very cold all night. We could not call front desk because the phone cord would not stay in the wall outlet. We went to the front desk the next morning and was given a different room. The second morning we had a house keeping staff just open our door without knocking. We will not stay there again.

Super nice place, the jetted tub was really nice, the bed was a little stiff for my wife. The breakfast was good but unfortunately the waffles are cheap premade waffles and the gravy was not very tasteful.

The breakfast served was a pleasant surprise. Room was nothing like the pictures, very small and my sheets were stained. I was disappointed. But I was happy to have a working hot tub (though it was small) and working pool.
