Overall a good stay with family. The facility is nice and was overall pretty comfortable. The breakfast was really good and the pool was great. I would definitely stay here again.

The 1st guy to take payment before check-in time was very grumpy. 2nd guy who finished up with check-in was very nice though, all other staff was wonderful too! Clean rooms and pool area. Breakfast was good! Loved the location. Not on the busy strip but just close enough to it. Beds. The beds were very hard and pillows were large and tough also. My daughter was so uncomfortable she slept on the floor. Between the noise up until 1am and the bed I didn't get much if any sleep.

Large spacious hotel in a beautiful little quiet area in Branson but still close enough to all the Branson fun. We loved having a private tub in our room and we were close to the pool, hot tube and cafeteria. Breakfast food options were also good. Will definitely be staying here from now on when we go to Branson.

Good value for the money.

We went to Branson to see David the musical, which was spectacular and a few other groups. We looked around to find a reasonably priced hotel that also offered a good breakfast. We found the stone castle. When we checked in the service was fairly slow, but we made it in. The hotel was sold out, which tells you that it must’ve been a good price and a decent place to stay. The rooms are very plain. There’s not much in them. It’s very basic, but I will tell you it was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable, with nice fluffy pillows. I was surprised the next morning at the breakfast. I thought it would be fairly small and it was absolutely the opposite. The dining area was very full of people extremely loud, but the service was good. Getting our food was quick being able to sit down and eat and then go out to our next adventure. The breakfast had eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, cereals, and multiple kinds of bread that you could toast up fresh. The breakfast was included in the price of your room, making it well worth it. Again, if you’re looking for fancy places to stay, this is not the place for you, but if you’re looking for a really reasonably priced clean efficient place to stay, in the center of everything while you’re seeing your shows in Branson this is the place. If you want to spend your money on other wonderful things to do, choose the Stone Castle, then go out and see all of Branson and the shows.

Check-in process was great, the service was great, they told us we were getting an upgrade. Get to the room and it looked like a down grade from the pictures shown. Large rip in carpet, old furniture with scratches all over it, very hard bed and pillows. 11:30pm we heard a noise and our bathroom was flooding from our he above room overflowing there tub, the maintenance threw some towels down and said it happens a lot. The breakfast is a hot buffet, small dining space for three buildings of rooms. Would not recommend staying

Would have cancelled but room reservations were nonrefundable. The bathroom was inadequite about the size of a closet. It was a chore to get up and down to use commode. Handicap grip was useless due to space restrictions. I'm fortunate I didn't hurt my shoulder and left arm contorting to get up and down. Also fortunate didn't break bones in my face when I fell and smashed right side of my face on the deck outside dinning area for lack of a support at the step up when using a chair too light to support me. Result was a terrible black eye. It could have been a good experience had it not been for the "almost impossible" commode situation.

The front desk people were fantastic and the night girl is awesome! We have stayed twice in the last month after having issues with our ac at home! The buffet style breakfast was great and best I’ve had in a long time!Highly recommend!
