We were at building 3. The bathroom was super small that you can barely close the door. Not impressed at all. I felt bad for recommending it to a friend. Expedia says to mention to front desk if you have a status (silver for me ) but it didn’t make a difference. I wish I didn’t mention it. I felt ashamed for even mentioning it. Breakfast was good. Lots of options. Plenty of parking but if you’re back to the hotel super late, chances are that you are going to park behind the hotel which is a little scary.

Outside building looked inviting enough, but the room was very dirty and the morning front desk crew was very crass. There were cobwebs in the corners of the room, bugs in the sink and hair in the bathroom. There were black greasy fingerprints on the air-conditioning unit as well. When we checked out the next day there was no apology whatsoever,them that the rooms were very dirty.

The staff was professional. Breakfast was good each day. We especially enjoyed the plates and silverware that was available each day. The 3 buildings were clean and in good repair. The gazebo and water features between 2 & 3 were lovely. The weather was beautiful and we spent time enjoying sitting there.

We stayed in the first building. Was overall happy with the stay for the price. Hotel was clean & breakfast was good. They have free portacribs. I called the hotel in advance and it was in our room upon arrival. Bring your own baby blanket. The third building appeared to be either newer or remodeled. We chose this hotel based on the indoor pools/hot tubs and good breakfast reviews. I was surprised by the huge breakfast area. It is a regular cafeteria line with glass plates and silverware. Included biscuits, gravy, sausage patties, scrambled eggs, quartered potatoes all hot in steam trays. Also muffins, toast, oatmeal, cereal, vanilla yogurt, bowl of mandarin oranges one day and applesauce the next. Plenty of tables and food. I felt like it was set up for large bus tours but when we were there Dec 21-23 I saw only families. Staff were all friendly & helpful. Parking was easy right by the doors.
