To start off I called a day ahead and requested a first floor room because my mother is on a walker the purple haired lady was so rude. Our friends were staying at the same place so we lucked out and traded rooms they had 1st floor and we had 3 rd. When we got there the same lady was working and still being rude to all of us. We will never stay there again. lumpy beds and they only had 1 maid I felt sorry for her.

Rooms are very dated and in need of upkeep. The maid never did make up our room or apparently even come to the room. On 2nd night of stay i went to front desk to get towels and lobby could not even find me registered like maybe the maid did not know the room was in use? I got towels but never did see a maid.

Although the stay was great and the staff was friendly my wife and I both had some kind of reaction to the sheets and pillow cases. I don’t know if it was the soap or what but it made both of us feel as though our skin was crawling.

Room was nice, staff was friendly. Breakfast was ok, biscuits were hard, no eggs. The one real complaint is the beds are too high for people that are short in stature or those that use a walker or wheelchair. We stayed in a room that was accessible except for the height of the bed. Otherwise it was a good stay

The TV was on and room was at a comfortable temperature upon arrival. Became pillows were comfortable. Location was great: close to everything we wanted, but on a quiet street that appeared to be in a safe neighborhood. The kitchen breakfast area was clean and well stocked with average hotel breakfast fare.
