I’m giving the hotel a 4 even though we had some issues. So once you read, you be the judge. I loved that the front desk and cleaning staff were very friendly. The room was very spacious and the bed very comfortable. Even though I could hear other guests when I was walking down the halls, once I was in the room in the bed area, there was zero outside noise. Traffic noise was also very light. We tried to have breakfast on one day but there was a lot of people and no scrambled eggs. So we had coffee and pastries instead. We didn’t try to go back for breakfast anymore because we were sleeping late. The issues included a very slippery tub due to soap buildup and improper cleaning. The shower curtain smelled very bad too. I showered the night we arrived and was afraid either I or my husband would slip while showering. I requested cleaning supplies the next day instead of requesting it being cleaned because it was well into the evening when I remembered the problem. I was told the hotel could not provide any cleaning supplies due to hotel policy. So I bought some Comet and scrubber to clean it myself. I didn’t expect the hotel staff to address the problem that day since housekeeping was no longer available. The smelly curtain was changed the following day. I overheard the housekeeping staff complain about not receiving the tips left by guests, so I made sure to tip a housekeeper directly. IMO the tips should go to the housekeepers, not management. I would stay there again.

Parking lot lines look like they were not done professionally…. You used a 4” roller and rolled the paint on. Not professionally done. For what the hotels/motels charge for staying a night or two or however long they want…striping is CHEAP. Hire a professional.

Room smelled bad when we arrived. Either like dog or dirty feet. Shower drain was clogged. Batteries in tv remote were dead. Breakfast was basic. Bacon, eggs, toast, no potatoes or gravy or biscuits. Coffee was bland and no sugar in sight, only artificial sweeteners. Vending machines were expensive, $3 for a bottle of coke. Everything about this hotel screams low end, high use. About what you would expect from a Days Inn.

When i checked in they gave mr a room that someone was still in. The second room had water leaking up from the ground. The third room was hardly anything to write home about. The whole building has a funny smell to it. The staff was friendly at least.

Decent breakfasts, nice pool and hot tub, good comfy beds. Hideabed mattress had huge urine stains which are very visible. I got extra blankets to put on the mattress for there was not a mattress pad.
