Location was great, front desk staff was nice, but the Maid servce might have been the worse i ever had. They never cleaned the whole room the 3 nights we were there. Like they mad up the bed and left a few towels. They didn't take the old ones, they didnt wipe down the sinks or the counters, they didnt mop pr sweep the bathrrom floor and im sure they didnt vacume the carpet either. Like i said probably the worst i evenr had. Other then that the hotel is splid and location to shopping and restaurants is A-1 . But i wouldnt stay here again

Our stay was overall good only issue i had was A/C was pretty loud and noisy. And our toilet didn’t have the air exhaustion. But we got through the night. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Staff were very nice at check in and check out.

The property was beautiful. The pool is open late, which my teens were happy about. We had a ground floor, which usually isn't preferred but since there was a slider directly to the pool area, my kids loved it! If staying in Boca, I'd book here again.
