Old property in need of updating. Plaster off on walls, stains in sinks, etc. Bare minimum in rooms for towels, soap, shampoo, towels, not sure worth it for the price. Oh, and there is a train track by the property that was loud and actually shook the room.

Check in experience was awful. Person on shift was locked out and we had to wait for a manager to arrive from home. Room was disgusting. 2 gross pillows on each bed, 1 had blood stains on it. Gangs of people hanging out outside smoke and arguing all night long. We literally left at sunrise.

We had a confirmed reservation at this hotel. When we arrived they said they were overbooked and couldnt accommodate us. Later, as we were still searching for rooms, we found the same hotel advertising rooms at twice the price. Dishonesty is never a good policy for business

I found bed bugs in my room after 6 days. I initially thought the rooms were very clean. Once I saw the bed bug crawling on the bed side table, I found other dead bugs. The was considerable dirt under the bedside end tables. As a long stay hotel, I was surprised there were no supplies in the hotel. No plates, bowls, silverware, paper towels, Etc… Cleaning was every 2 weeks. Plus the place seemed to have a number of what I am guessing as Welfare housing. This should be disclosed. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
