House smelled terrible. Not sure what the smell was. Smelled musty and like a strong fried food smell. And lingered the whole visit, smell was left on our clothes and items. Even ziplock bags and dogs fur coat. Plugs loose

The cabin was clean and staff was very nice. We had a unit which the thermostat wasn't working. "Danny" was on it and when couldn't get it to work, quickly got us into the cabin right next door. All worked out and very much enjoyed our stay!

The villa that was given to us smelled like mold the tv wouldn’t work the bridge was out and it took us forever to get to our villa and there was no costumer service to try to get a new villa. Could not even stay and had to pay for a new hotel. Trying to get a refund and 4 days later no one has even called me back.

Really liked the place. But bed mattresses were terrible... Couldn't move without waking your partner. Mattresses were loud, noisy!
