We've stayed here for years and it's just gone downhill. There is mold growing around the bathtub, the tub drains really slow, the shower temperature is too hot, things are broken in the room, it smells like smoke, and someone was feeding a feral cat by the front door. What used to be a $100 hotel has turned into a $50 hotel charging $100.

We like that it is close to Muddy Creek Raceway. The beds were pretty comfortable and it was clean. What we didn’t like was the air conditioning unit leaked and made a 1/4 to a 1/3 of the carpet wet. The coffee machine did not work.

One night stay to get from Williamsburg, Va to the Nashville area. The hotel is right off the highway and I can walk to the Cracker Barrel next door. Very convenient.

They no longer have airport shuttle service, even though Expedia lists this. Entire property is run down, unclean rooms, bedding pillows, etc. Had to sleep on top of covers FULLY CLOTHED, Shower was nasty! Needs to be pulled from Expedia! Wasted money for a miserable night's rest!!

First room on 5th floor smelled of wet dog and urine. Friends had room across from us and theirs smelled like cat urine. We were moved to another room. Mold in shower. No shampoo or conditioner, etc.

The hotel could use a little TLC. Paint is chipped all over the interior, pool is covered, grounds are a bit dilapidated, room was generally clean, but hairdryer was broken and window curtain had some sort of sticky liquid spilled on it and the rod for opening and closing was broken off and laying on the AC. Amazingly, the refrigerator was operational, which never happens. Actually re-froze our ice packs! Just a bit more care and it would be fabulous.

One staff Said pool was down for maintenance but another said they just hadn’t opened it yet for the season. Either way, it’s June and pool should of been open for your guest The dryer was broke . Without a working dryer there was no needs to even wash our clothing since r we spoilt not of had a way to dry them. We are on a two week trip with multiple stops at hotels and really needed the laundry facilities. The older gentleman who walked with a cane was so unbelievably rude. I asked were Imight get coffee at 5:30 in the morning and was sharply told that breakfast was at 6am. And then just kept walking. When asked why we could not get coffee anytime (like most hotels) I was told they have only were decanter and it was getting ready for the breakfast room. Surely they can invest in another

It's ok

The hotel itself is pretty dated. Our room had a bath/shower combo. It had an incline on the left of the tub that would constantly cause you to go off balance while showering and there were no grip bars for safety. I'm not sure that the hotel is ADA compliant in that regard. The air conditioner wasn't very efficient, and our room was very humid. Check-in /out was an easy process.
