No frig but bed was comfortable. Staff were very nice and knowledgeable. The buffet salad bar which is mostly what I eat was very unkept and sloppy. Too smokey. Gym very tacky but worked. It was my birthday but I made the most of it. Thank you

Website needs to be easier to read as I looked for the Buffett hours and couldn’t find the days and hours We booked a room not knowing the buffet was not on wednesdays so when we went to go to the buffet found out it was closed was very disappointing and won’t go back again. We ended up at silver slipper to have the buffet and spent our money there

The room is dated and the hotel is getting renovated. The restaurants are not open all the time except one and that one is great. There’s plenty of free parking and the pools are great. Pool bar was closed.

Room was comfortable, clean, had a great view and was very reasonably priced. However it had no microwave or small refrigerator, and the hotel’s entire water system was shut down for over three hours mid day, with no warning or rent compensation….outrageously inconvenient (toilets wouldn’t even flush). Plenty of apologies, but no warnings about scheduled repairs. No excuse for that.

The room was spotless. The staff was courteous. The only problem that we had was with the TV and I told One we will watch it. It was going in and out. It happened during the day to as well.

Great room with a view of the bay. Courteous staff. Convenient parking. The only bad part is smoking is allowed so the whole casino/hotel is smoke filled.
