Booked a room with a king bed. On arrival was told I booked an accessible room (I didn't) and they had no king rooms only twin queens. Appears that Hotels.com will book you into any room to clear their inventory. Very disappointed in Hotels.com

The only part I didn’t like is we didn’t get housekeeping service after staying Friday thru Sunday. I expected fresh towels at least Saturday but maybe you have to stay longer for that.
