Did not like the design of the hotel....Our room was located on an inner location of the floor. There were 2 room door entrances and the only window faced the hallway walkway....could not open the window curtains because of no privacy..... had to take stairs with my 88 yr old mother from garage elevator to the lower level elavator because the call button was disconnected from the wall..

Excellent but with two caveats - 1) AC unit unusually noisy, and 2) there is a gap between when the coffee shop closes and Olives opens and the vending section by the front desk doesn’t cut it. Consider keeping the coffee shop open longer. Otherwise quiet, clean, beautiful bathrooms and room decor.

The hotel is huge but lacks places to eat inside. There are good restaurants in the vicinity but still a hotel this size should offer more eating options. The only coffee shop closes early too.

Pros: Parking in the hotel building, 2min walk to twinbrooks Cons: No microwave, Fridge is super tiny. Hotel lifts are confusing and not labeled properly. It's difficult for new people to know what is L3, T2, H1. Difficult to find parking exit door. Metro exit doors are not accessible for stroller and wheelchairs. Door keys suddenly stop working.
