Check-in was quick. Unfortunately, the room was dirty with, i'm assuming, previous occupant's dirty undergarments and leftover food. I went back to let the staff know and was quickly assigned another room. In the new room, we needed more shower towels, so we called room service and no one picked up the call. tried multiple times. I had to walk back to the check-in counter and let them know. The facilities are out-dated. Seemed neglected. It felt like a college apartment. The only thing going for this location is the views of San Francisco city lights. The professional pictures make it seem like a resort or higher level hotel, taking advantage of location on the bay... i don't thing it's worth it, considering how isolated it is, the condition of the area, and the difficulty in getting a good meal... won't be coming back here.

Yes, the tap water is so small

This is definitely well worth the money. The restrooms are a bit. Small showers are a bit small but they’re clean their neat. The staff was great.

The room was clean and close to all the action! The people checking in were great, so friendly. Bathroom could be upgraded to the standard all white and carpet could be refreshed as well but for the price- all worth it and excellent value!

Clean room, LOVED my stay honestly… yes in a weird area at night. But it’s gorgeous during the day.. it was my first time in SF. Solo traveler. Went to SF for a rave. I loved everything! Would def stay again… unfortunately did not make it to bfast either days of my 2 nights
