Happy with Battle Creek Quality Inn

The hotel is always clean. The staff are great. Very friendly. Free breakfast is good. All good breakfast foods. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel, excellent food. The lobby is clean and they offer you coffee and water.

Rooms were clean but need some updating. The only thing that bothered me the most was the lack of elevator. I traveled with a friend who is an amputee and has trouble with stairs and we had to shuffle rooms so she could stay on the first floor. Otherwise I was incredibly impressed. Clean sheets and shower, a hot continental breakfast, friendly staff, and great location!

Some things could use an upgrade (I.e. carpets, tvs, etc) but otherwise it was clean and comfortable and I was incredibly impressed by a HOT continental breakfast which you just never see anymore. The sheets were the cleanest sheets I’ve ever slept in in a hotel and the shower was spotless. Overall I’m incredibly impressed!

Definitely great place to stay if you are going to Firekeepers Casino. There is a shuttle that will take you to the casino and bring you back to the hotel, which was so convenient.

I accidentally booked the wrong day and they would not just change it to the day I needed. I even paid extra for insurance. I had to pay for an extra day instead. Hotel was clean but could use some upgrades.
