It was good for what we needed it for! We had to evacuate and they at least had power and warm water… otherwise I probably wouldn’t stay here again though! It was a blessing to have basic needs but definitely not a luxurious stay and certainly not like the photos!

Bad Bad Bad

It was dirty. There were bed bugs. Upon checking in there was a woman at the counter threatening that she was going to stab a man if he came back to her room. I should’ve bolted then but I was running from a hurricane. After checking in was when I was like, why didn’t you leave?” The room was dirty and there was bed bugs. I immediately asked for my money back and found a better hotel. It should be a zero star hotel. I couldn’t stay even in an emergency situation so that says a lot and I’m not a picky person at all.

Website inaccurate info

I couldn’t stay that hotel because they sold my room someone else . They said. “You are a Hotels.com customer. We don’t care” . me I couldn’t find any other hotel that area ( Beaumont) I drove almost two hours far Concoe . Hotels .com can you tell me what kind deal you guys have . If they can sell my reservation ….

The room didn’t look clean. Hair still in the sink and the shower. Toilet seat was dirty. Bed was stiff. Couch looked old.
