Stay 2x a year on our trip to and from Florida. We r very happy w. This hotel. Clean, friendly, easy access from highway and nice breakfast. This time the couch had a lot of dog hair on it. We also have a dog and understand the problem. You used to have an easy wash couch cover ( the kind i use at home.) It is easy to take off and clean and wish you would start using again. I used one of my own sheets to cover couch as i didn’t want to sit on it like that.

This is a well run hotel that others should emulate. The front desk and facilities personnel are warm and welcoming. The facilities and our room looked like brand new and were immaculate. Breakfast was tasty. We will stay here again next year on our summer trip.

The pictures we saw on Expedia were misleading. The room needed immediate attention. There was an old moldy smell in the room. The ceiling had mold on it, there was peeling paint on the ceiling, the atmosphere in the room was damp which left a very distinct odor mold. On the day we checked out, we went for breakfast and came back to the room only to find our key cards were disabled with our belongings inside the room. We had to ask someone to open the door.

this property said 15$ pet fee and upon check in they said it was 25$ because expedia had the wrong price …. That is not fair. They said they have told expedia to change the price… but it literally says 15$ per fee. it’s wrong for them to charge 25$ i would like this refunded.

Customer service was great. The bathroom was dirty as well as the sheets on the bed. I had to clean the bathroom and change sheets on the bed myself because there was no maid on duty and no other rooms available.

The hotel needs to be updated. The bathroom counter tops and toilets are too low. The front desk clerk wasn’t too friendly. The breakfast was great. Overall not bad; I would stay there again.

They advised us that they did not clean the rooms for 3 days. I told them that the 3 days were over and that the room was dirty with garbage, but they didn't clean my room. We stayed 5 days and never did. We had to ask another guest for toilet paper and towels since our request for towels took 24 hours. My other guest had bugs in his room. It was the first time that we booked a hotel with Cheaptickets. We will never do that again.
