The only sandy beach open to the public on Mount Dessert Island is within viewing distance from your front porch. ** Note: The house has 6 bedrooms but we do not allow more than 5 adults to share the home. There are two primary bedrooms with gorgeous primary bathrooms, so the house is perfect for two families looking to share a vacation home. The other bedrooms are twin beds or full size beds and we do not allow those beds to be pushed together. We do not allow "share" houses or girls weekends or bachelor/bachelorette weekends.
