One night at the Sheraton at BDL Airport

This hotel is convenient when flying out of Hartford. Checkin was quick and friendly. The Food and Cosmo's were outstanding in the Cloud 9 lounge. The evening bartender/server is exceptional ! I give her a 5 star rating! I've stayed here numerous times and she never disappoints! She recommended delicious small plates and made fantastic cosmo's!

Room had an odor when we first walked in; the bathroom gfci plug would not work even when I tried to reset it; the shower curtain is not designed to keep water off the floor for that configured shower; bed not so comfortable; but nice room.

The property is at the airport so very convenient! Tyler, at the desk was awesome and very helpful. Our waitress Heidi, was also very nice and cheerful. Great hotel despite the renovations!

Attached to the Hartford airport so very convenient for morning flight. Rooms modern with glass shower enclosure. Negatives are bed mattress needs to be replaced or flipped as you sink to thr center, HVAC doesnt get cold enough and threshold to hall has 1/4" gap so very bright in room during middle of night
