Spacious rooms, great location and views, cozy fireplace, friendly service. Only thing I would add would be to include a small freezer with the refrigerator unit. We will definitely stay at this place the next time we stay in Bandon.

The location was great, quiet and close to the beach. The hotel has their own beach access. The room was clean. The location has a pool and hot tub. There were very few guests. They include hot breakfast. There was a space heater connected to the thermostat. That went on and off all night. That along with the buzzing of the fridge made it hard to sleep. That's why not a 5 star. There is a Windermere across the street, oceanfront to consider if you want a view.

"Liz" the Housekeeping Manager, went above and beyond the call when she saw my wife and I with luggage having a problem with the stairs, she said that she was going to upgrade our room to one that was right next to the parking lot. She opened another room, took our issued keys and departed, returning shortly with new room keys. OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE! All staff were friendly, the upgraded room (a 1 bedroom suite with balcony) was perfect. The breakfast was great (a Best Western tradition). We will be back.

The breakfast was fresh even though they had a big group there the staff kept the food stocked.The beach view was good, although in the room description it didn't say you had to go down a steep stairway to get to the room.
