Check in went as usual but the foreign accent of the desk clerk was very difficult to understand. Not a good understanding of english? Once in the room we discovered the TV had no sound. We called the desk clerk. And she came to room and after trying, pretty much shrugged her shoulders. Asked what she would do, she again pretty much shrugged her shoulders.She called the manager and he also had no clue. We were late for a meeting and switching rooms. Wasnt an option for us nor was it offerred. Earlier in the week we stayed there for two days and the TV wasnt working and the room telephone was dead. Thy fixed the TV while we were out for dinner but did nothing about the phone. Overall, there was much difficulty in understanding each others language. Overall the place was fine but not worth the aggravation of trying to communicate the issues and the apparent lack of concern of the staff.

Room 202 suite full of bed bugs my daughter bit all up. Bugs crawling all over the bed. Big ones and tiny ones. Room 206 also bad we left at 1050 pm due to bed bugs. My 6 yrol. Told me to email amerilodging@gmail.com i want full refund for 2 rooms.

My stay was just okay, but definitely not worth repeating. The pool and hot tub were dirty, and the pool bathroom didn’t even lock properly. The room itself wasn’t much better—dirty shower, barely any toilet paper, and the outlets were so worn out my chargers kept falling out. Only one light in the whole room actually worked. Breakfast was extremely limited: a few cups of premade waffle mix, packaged muffins, stale cereal, boiled eggs sitting in Ziploc baggies (not prepackaged, so I didn’t trust them), yogurt, and stale bagels and bread. The beds were rock hard, making sleep pretty uncomfortable, though it was at least a place to crash for the night. Overall, I’ll be paying the extra for a Holiday Inn next time.

The hot tub was a welcome comfort. The pool was good. Our room had a few cosmetic issues and the shower/tub was not fully connected. The heating lamp in the bathroom did not work. We were attending a family funeral this trip. Overall the room was fine for our purposes.

The property is well kept and clean. The staff were very polite and helpful. My room was comfortable and quiet, with very good amenities. I would stay here again.
