After checking in, late in evening, went to room and checked it out. The bathtub was filthy, cobwebs in ceiling. The bedding was actually clean. Went to get ice from ice machine it was full of mold. Told night manager they need to put do not use sign on it and why. Woke up next morning and notice lamp shade in room was full of mold. As we left I spoke to manager again and told him about all the issues and even showed him. He didn't even offer to compensate something off my bill.

The bed isn’t very comfortable, there’s not much extra bedding for the pullout couch, and the a/c doesn’t get cold. But the amenities are great, love the bar/resturant right next door. Decent pool (no towels though) and hot tub. Decor is outdated and there’s no elevator. Something to consider. For the price, it’s a good hotel.

The lobby was very warm, pool towels were only available from the front desk & the only way we found out was because I asked someone in the pool. The suitcase stand was broken. They had insufficient toiletries, beds were awful, no bowls for cereal at breakfast, cutlery at breakfast wasn’t good enough for the dollar store. The guy working this morning was on the phone instead of doing his job.

Loud with people running overhead at 3:00 am. Garbage can at side door overflowing. Room was clean, but rather dated. It did serve our purpose for a place to stay after attending a local wedding.

When I make the reservation they promise bay view and when I do the check in guve aparling view because nothing else is available Also I have a miniscus tear and request a first floor room and they said there are " sold out". Theyvgive second floor room and they dont have elevator.

Would i come back???

Although the romm looked nice, the overwhelming smell of the room was horrible. We went to the store and bought a candle and air fresher because it was that bad. It was the smell of an old moldy room. And the smell hit us right away upon opening the door to our room. I stayed here a year ago and didn't have this problem with the smell. I will be letting the front desk know when i leave today. I only stayed one night. I will be leaving today. Todays date is August 7th 2025. Other than the room i didnt notice the smell thoughout the building. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, and the temperatures for both were perfect. The bathtub in our room was deep and since i love to take a bath sometimes that was really nice. The water pressure was good and there was enough hot water to fill it twice that evening as my daughter likes to take a bath too. We didnt run out of hot water. The room has a small fridge and microwave in it and that was nice as well.

There were 3 staff members, all Indian, none of whom spoke good English. The 3rd guy, somewhat of a brute was rude, wouldn't look you in the eye, was vaping in the lobby while totally ignoring customers. They obviously live on the property - having plastic lawn chairs and a grill by the back door - VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. The grounds were completely overgrown... think Jumanji.

Was close to shopping and restaurants. Bed was a little harder then we are use to. Only issue was being woke up at 130am by children running up and down the hall yelling.

You can feel the springs in the bed. The bathroom was dirty. The hotel worker was laying around on the couch when we were eating breakfast. Very noisy hotel. You can hear everyone going up and down the hallway.

there is no elevator to the 2nd floor. everything inside is very old and needs repair. for breakfast, except for cold boiled eggs packaged by hand, there is nothing worthwhile. also, I did not like that the waffle mixture was poured by hand into plastic cups and they are in the open air, where all the dust and even possibly insects get in, which I think is not safe for health, in a word, I did not eat anything there
