Stunning grounds, beautiful facilities we stayed in the palace section of the hotel very accommodating, very friendly, food very consistent staff very accommodating even with a late flight offered us to use the facilities including a meal at the palace for snack time. Thank you already looking to book again with our extended family next time. We had a fantastic stay at Grand Hyatt Bali and truly enjoyed every aspect of the resort. The property is massive, beautifully landscaped, and feels like a tropical paradise with lush gardens, lagoons, and direct beach access. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with very comfortable beds and great amenities. Housekeeping did an excellent job throughout our stay. The staff deserve special mention—they were consistently friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, which made our experience even more memorable. The resort offers a great variety of pools, perfect for both families and couples, and the beach area is clean and relaxing. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection of international and local dishes, and the restaurants on the property offered good quality food and plenty of options. The location in Nusa Dua is ideal—safe, peaceful, and close to shopping and other attractions, while still feeling secluded and relaxing. Overall, Grand Hyatt Bali exceeded our expectations. It’s a perfect choice for a relaxing vacation, whether you’re traveling as a couple or with family. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bali.
