This hotel is beautiful and the staff are incredible. We had a palace lounge access room which was worth the extra money for afternoon tea, cocktail hours and breakfast overlooking the beach

The absolute best spot in Seminyak. Rooms are so well designed and were perfect for our first holiday with our 10month old baby. Staff at all of the outlets and pools really make it special for all guests. Plenty of pool seats and options. Room service and Sugarsand meals were a highlight! Can’t wait to come back for a 3rd time!

Amazing property with superb staff

Great for kids. Our second year in a row as the kids love it which allows us time to also relax. The staff wherever you turn are all amazing. Best service .

Amazing hotel with beautiful surroundings and lovely staff who were all very kind and always ready to assist. The room was very spacious,comfortable and beautifully designed. Breakfast was so delicious and there was always a tasty option of local cuisine which was great.

Second time here and it did not disappoint super friendly efficient staff. The grounds are stunning food great really is a very special hotel. Absolutely fabulous! We loved it here not many hotels can top this one it really is very special. Thank you Conrad Bali you made it very special for us on arrival and the way you had made our bed up for the first night was a very nice touch. Thank you
