The king bed was a bit stiff, but adequate. One switch in the bathroom (room 403) needs to be replaced - it still functions, but it appears to be broken inside the mounting box. The air conditioner worked very well, but every time the fan cycled off, we could hear water running (probably condensation) inside the unit.

The staff was very friendly, and the overall property was well lit and maintained, with grounds in average to good condition. Our room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. The main issue was the persistent humidity and slight musty smell in the room, which the AC didn’t seem to help much. For the price point, it was an acceptable stay. Just sharing the details of our experience in case it’s helpful for future guests.
