Don’t waste your time

They overbooked the hotel, so the only room they had available for me was supposedly a “non-smoking” room, but the AC didn’t work. Well it definitely smelled like cigarette smoke, and something else smelled like there was a dead rat in the room or something. The floors had mud on them. The shower was in terrible shape, the comforter had cigarette burn holes in it, the area felt super unsafe, it was loud and noisy all night, I could go on. I actually had high expectations based on the number of good reviews I read, but I don’t see how any of them were true. This place was terrible. Hopefully I get a refund on the order.

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE, TRUST ME

This hotel has numerous negative reviews. I tend to lean on the side of "people just like to complain". This wasn't the case. The room I was given had a faulty air conditioning unit. Luckily we are not in the hottest months and it wasn't killing me. The renovations were done so poorly, I can't believe a building inspector could ever pass the jobs. The drop in tub liner which is undoubtedly covering a dilapidated old tub had so many dips and cracks, it honestly felt unsafe. Water pressure was worse than most stays I've had. The laminated floors are installed improperly. The bed was as cheap as they come. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT lift the mattress and see what is underneath. The bugs were dead, but present, also what appeared to be years of neglect from housekeeping. The parking lot stays busy all night long with some pretty shady characters drinking and making exchanges with motorists passing through. Prostitutes were not even missing from this stay, as you see men in and out of their rooms. With the activities outside so clearly heard from within the room, any actual attempts to sleep went out the window. If have other options, I would suggest choosing them instead of this.

It was one of the cheapest places in the area and I got my moneys worth. That said the staff were excellent but the place is a pit. the walls are paper thin so you hear everything going on oil all the rooms around you. I was there for work so not so good when you need to sleep. The bed was miserable.
