Cons: AC thermostat is very inconsistent. Never shuts off. Door to patio wouldn't lock. Had to remove strike plate and just let lock sit in the wood door jam (not safe on 1st floor). Toilet overflowed-inside guts didn't stop water from filling. No maintenance worker on site for 3 days. 35 min late room checkin (not ready at 4 pm). Pool closed for maintenance on a 100 degree day for 5 hrs in middle of day. Cabana bar not opened all week. I rented 3 rooms for my family including a suite, so i feel i has a fairly good sample for 4 days for each room (moved by daughter into clemson) Pros: location is great. Staff is amazing- they were overworked, overstressed, and understaffed and never were nothing but professional, helpful and willing to make things right. They all deserve raises. Restaurant was great. Pool is beautiful. Suites are great spaces. Id rather pay more per room and have you hire more help to assist your already great staff out more.

No Lake view in Summer!

The property as clean and comfortable. Staff friendly. My disappointment was that this property is in a shopping center, with no access to the lake. Trees hide lake view in summer. No pets allowed near pool area. Everything is smaller than photos portray.

Friendly staff and reception. The on site security at the front desk made sure all rules and policies were enforced which was very positive and welcomed. All in all a very pleasant stay, I look forward to a future visit.

Pool area is great although they never have a bartender out there and can’t do frozen drinks. This is a great option when visiting Clemson, great location. However there are no ice makers and the line to check in can be ridiculous. That said, we stayed there many times over the years our daughter was at Clemson and I would go back again.
