Room smelled old, box springs were showing on bed, lighting was poor in room, ironing board was a flimsy table top board, no towel holder for hand towel, sink counter space was inadequate, wall towel holder was hanging out over the sink, attachment to wall for lotion was falling out of the wall, shower was not able to be redirected, shower curtain didn’t prevent water from spraying out onto bathroom floor, which soaked the mat that you step out on, no shelf in shower to put your needed items on, body wash in shower was watered down the first day and empty the second day then never refilled. Just frustrating to pay for quality of Hampton Inn and not find this location to be up to Hampton Inn standards as seen in all the other Hampton Inns stayed in across the United States.

Hotel is nice and price is good, however our experience was not. Comfortable clean rooms and hotel. Large selection of food and drinks to purchase. Limited food nearby. Check in was horribly slow. Left after 20 minutes when desk was not able to assign an available room to my reservation but did not provide explanation. When in room got a call at 10pm that maintenance needed to check our shower. Random inconvenience. To go breakfast bags if you can't wait for hot breakfasts. Nice touch. But wouldn't stay again.

You have to pay to park. This is standard in this area, but I raised heck because the parking lot was in bad shape. Pot holes, parking spot lines were very faded. The hotel is not easy to get to. One review said it was updated…it’s not. The water pipes are very loud. It was clean and people were nice.

Clean friendly hotel. Will stay again

Hotel was very nice. Clean great customer service. Check in was great Mimi was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was ok basic but served hot. Only one of the morning’s for breakfast one of the workers were a bit rude and offered no help whatsoever. But otherwise it was ok. I would stay again.

I would highly recommend this hotel. The front desk gentlemen ( Ian and Alexander) were the best, they were very knowledgeable and informative. They took their time to help all their guests that were their checking in ect. The rooms were very clean and the layout was perfect with a great amount of space. There was ice machines on every floor, and there was a water station on the main floor. The breaksat was top notch. Lots of protein!!! Couldn't of asked for a better breakfast!!!
