Very good reception staff quick and efficient, Free electric car charger was unexpected and appreciated. Facilities slightly dated and shower low pressure and c slow to drain away. Brasserie restaurant reasonably priced and good service.

Non-smokers should avoid staying in the annex. A designated smoking area is located by the entrance, and the stairwell acts as a chimney, allowing smoke to circulate throughout the building.

Hotel quite dated & rooms are small. Breakfast reasonable & hot! Ideal for overlooking the runway in the bar / restaurant. Staff helpful & friendly. We found their T5 PODS very convenient to use. We will book this hotel again pre flights from Heathrow T5

Overall this property is just in an acceptable rating, considering the price factor. Location is acceptable. There is a close by bus stop to Heathrow Central Bus Station. From Heathrow Central Bus Station can take the Underground to go to downtown, major attractions, or walk to the airport terminals. Going to downtown, like Victoria Station, is time consuming and expensive. Next time I would rather book a hotel closer to downtown or to the Underground. The Room is very basic: Clean. No sofa, no luggage rack, no phone, no hairdryer. There is an electric kettle and cups, but no tea bags or instant coffee packets. The breakfast: Cafe is clean. Food quality is just so so. If have time, I would prefer to eat out. There is Pizza and McDonald's within walking distance. The Service is acceptable. Staffs are polite and most time helpful. Not too helpful on giving advices on how to take the public transit to the major attractions of the city.
