I did not stay at this hotel. When walking into the hotel the smell hit me first. I turned around and walked back out the door. I didn't even bother to check-in it was that bad. I want a refund...

Room was very nasty, sofa had a cover on it, removed it to take the pill out bed and the sofa had big blood stains on it, I told the staff and they did nothing…. My kids had to sleep in a chair…. Very displeased for $200 for 1 night
This visit was not so good. The front desk guy was so rude just not friendly. The pool was out of order for maintenance and that was the main purchase of our stay.
There were so many things in my room that were broken. The window was broken so bad. I was afraid it was going to fall in on me. The sink was broken. There were 2 pieces of tile with no ground around them. I won't be staying there anymore. The problem is. When you've been driving a long time to get where you're going. All you want to do is crash. When you get there, you don't feel like messing around with moving to another room.
The room was awesome, spacious and clean. Being checked in she was awesome as well. Breakfast the next morning had not enough food prepared. There were no eggs, very little potatoes, 2 yogurts and they ran out of bagels and bread. Not what I expected form this hotel line. Left hungry and had to stop somewhere else to eat. Extra money spent.
Pros: The staff was very nice and accommodating! Convenient safe location. Good breakfast.
Cons: very thin walls, ceilings and floors. We could hear noise from every room around us. Could use updating.
The laundry room was nice but it's $2 a load (small size!) the pool looked nice but we didn't get in.
The rms need to be updated. A lot of things were broken- pull out couch in my room not useable,not enough towels,or sheets. Only one tv when it was supposed to be 2 in the suites.
Where do I start, first and foremost the young lady at the front desk was very pleasant and welcoming during my check in. My only complaint is that I am hoping that the new ownership begins to make some serious renovations especially if they plan to continue to carry that particular brand name. The interior carpets are so worn out and tired, they needed to be replaced ten years ago. Hire someone to pressure wash the front entrance once every quarter, the dirt build up and stains on the walkway and exterior of the building is very unwelcoming to say the least. Replace some rooms furnishings as some drawers on nightstands would not remained closed. An actual attendant for the breakfast area would be nice as people go downstairs and make 4 to 6 waffles delaying others. An additional waffle maker on the weekends or during city events would help.
