Not terrible but now worth $200 a night for non working pool, no workout room, ice maker didn’t work on our floor, bed mattress was not comfortable. Room had a few issues like shower curtain would not stay put during a shower, tub had some kind of massive repair in it. Also found a large earring in the kids bed, makes me think the sheets were not changed. Breakfast was good, staff was good. Location was great for what we needed.

Clean, great location next to a wonderful BBQ restaurant. The mattresses are excellent and shower pressure is top-notch! Lastly, best hotel breakfast I’ve had in many stays!

It was just a normal stay. We ate at a barbeque place not far from hotel. I didn't like there updated way of doing things. I prefer a sit down dinner and not ordering when you first get there--like a fast food place.

I reserved 3 rooms. The bathrooms needed attention. There was hair in all three bathrooms. Also, it took too much effort on my part to request adjoining rooms and caused me worry. I have a handicap mother. There needs to be a better process/policy put in place . Although the request option is on the website, I was told many times that they didn’t have adjoining rooms. Even if they did, it couldn’t be guaranteed. The rooms should be assigned while booking to those who have special needs. It wasn’t until the day before our arrival per my phone call, that I was told the rooms would be assigned close together. Also, it was overpriced. The rooms were not clean and the breakfast was poor. Fault for this does not fall on those at the front desk. The fault lies in poor policies and management. I hope these issues will be addressed.
