Hotel needs a face lift. Rooms are very dated although spacious. Bathrooms are very old. Breakfast is mediocre and TV with its arcane system of channels and no channel guide needs to be changed to something usable. Staff very nice.

Nice hotel in Adrian

Conveniently located to many restaurants and close proximity areas we needed to visit for baseball tournament. Staff friendly and helpful. Only bad feature is no elevator access to second floor.

The Carleton lodge was clean and comfortable. It was a little run down but not bad. It could have used an extra staff person at check in time. The breakfast staff was friendly and aimed to do a good job. The property itself was well kept!

We stayed in the Family Suite. This room looked like it had been outfitted very poorly. Wrinkled carpets, bad/failing grout in bathroom, paint overspray on carpet. Trim paint on wall, missing light fixtures, bulbs out, etc, etc, etc. Bunk bed had springs poking through mattress. No light blocking shades either.
