The first Deluxe queen Suite was Nadty trashed lived in years with NO CLEANING. Holes in wall, No sheets, stunk cigarettes, alcohol and bo. There was black mold on the mattress! I had to go back down steel staircase that was shifting under my feet and sqealed like it was colladping, by 2foot holes in cement upper walk way they tried to add cement on top. Now its collaspjng in the hole..... horrible, I FELL GOJNG BACK UP TO ANOTHER ROOM, NO BLANKETS. Holes in that wall too. Its dangerous. Now i hurt my knees, shoulder and arms frkm a fall and traveling. The checkin person was nice.

This hotel was filthy inside and out. Multiple holes in walls in room. Dirty bathroom. Broken mirror. Filthy carpet and furniture. Cigarette burns in bedding. Did not stay after seeing the property. I have yet to receive a refund.

Rooms where definitely neglected. Bed sheets had cigarette burn holes. Floors had carpet not covering the base flooring. Restroom floor was sunk in front of the toilet with sharp broken tile. The doors threshold had an inch gap feeling allowing dust to come in. Plaster was peeling from the ceiling. Tv was not hung just leaning against the wall. Wall had scratches. Would not stay there again. Needs to be taken off your expedia list

The room had holes in the walls, holes in the comforter, not the cleanest, etc. During the night (after we turned off the tv) you could hear the fire alarm beeping next door. When we woke up, we realized there was a bag over the fire alarm in our room. The hotel did refund us the $15 fee for my dog. If we would not have been really tired when we arrived we would have left immediately, but we were exhausted. After a few hours of sleep we left.

Staff didn’t inform us about issues / actually was broken with the stairs going up to our room and the room itself, was disgustingly horrible. Had holes in the walls and floors and electrical outlets not covered. Bathroom was in shambles. Broken toilet parts outside our door. Sheets wasn’t washed. The room wasn’t cleaned because there was a shoe left in the room plus some Cheetos on the floor.

Room was clean. Electrical outlet in bathroom did not work. Never got hot water to sink. TV worked in that it turned on. Could not get it to connect to any programs Called front office and they were gonna send someone - that was first night. No one ever came - two night stay. Could not connect to WiFi - I just couldn’t understand what the person on phone was saying.

Rarely leave reviews, but this didn’t meet expectations. Didn’t expect it to be fancy, but expected it to be clean. It wasn’t. Carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and sheets weren't clean. Got in late from long day of travel so slept on top of bed rather than hassle with switching hotels. Bathroom and shower was clean thankfully, but a dirty towel was hanging on the door. One towel looked dingy and dirty so used the other towel which, at least, smelled clean. On the positive side, the front desk person was helpful and courteous, the bed was comfortable, if not clean, and the air conditioner and refrigerator worked. Overall condition of the room was pretty bad with damage to the walls, musty smell and an obvious water damage spot on the ceiling. It was a last minute decision to stop in Abilene, so I picked this hotel due to convenience to the freeway and overall price. The pictures looked much better than the reality. I should have looked at the reviews, as there are many similar reviews to mine. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Just don’t feel safe at all and room dirty and smell mold from carpet. This is experienced from 2 years ago. I did booked again by mistake this time because picture on the website was so nice and didn’t remember about the address. When I arrived the hotel my memory came back. So just turn around after say hello and goodbye to the receptionist.
