El personal: todos allí son muy amables, amigables y acogedores. Además, la señorita Anna, una de las recepcionistas, es muy bonita y fue de gran ayuda para una viajera sola como yo, con su entusiasmo por compartir información detallada sobre recomendaciones de restaurantes locales y algunos lugares turísticos cercanos. El gerente, el Sr. Alex, también fue considerado, me permitió hacer el check-in temprano y había un desayuno gratis cuando llegué.

Our stay here was super comfortable. The hotel is in a great location, close to the lake and all the action. It's quiet at night which is not always the case in this area. The staff are very friendly and helpful without being 'over the top'. Clean and comfortable rooms - nothing extravagant but good value for money. Will stay again!

This is one of the best boutique hotels I have ever stayed. The hotel is of beautiful French colonial style and in the heart of old town, very convenient to go anywhere with lots of good restaurants within walking distance. The staff is friendly and very helpful. When you check in, you literally go through a whole orientation of the hotel and neighborhood. They really treat you like royalties, the level that you don’t often even get from the five star international brands. Highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely come back and stay here. Also, highly recommend using the hotel arranged airport car service. It saves you a lot of time and hassle.

Staff were incredible, the room was very beautiful as well. We really enjoyed the rooftop pool and spa as well.

The room is great, as were the breakfast, spa and facilities.
