This property is falsely advertised. It says airport, but is not with the rest of the airport strip hotels. This is actually located in an unsafe North Winnipeg location. The front lobby picture that is posted is not the actual front lobby. The real front lobby is run down and grungy. Loud people in the hallways before 9pm, so don’t bank on getting sleep. The pool is freezing COLD, it’s a security issue to even get into the pool. They have to manually let you in. So that’s why the cool is probably so cold so no one wants to swim in it. Awful, awful, awful stay. This is not family friendly. Left at 9pm because I wasn’t risking the rest of the night.

I cannot recommend anyone stay here. It is a rough hotel in a somewhat rough area. Very good price for a not very good hotel. Not worth it.

Excessive Noise

Another group in the hotel was so absurdly loud that even after I was moved further down the hall I was woken up every hour to them screaming and playing music. Had to make a 5 hour drive the next day tired. After the excessive noise was brought up to the front desk, they changed my room but did not tell the guests making noise to quiet down even though you could hear them from the front desk. One person would banshee scream when they laughed and it sounded like someone being murdered. Terrible experience.

Cleanliness was good. Listing of services etc. was poor. I would like to see complimentary water shoes available or on a deposit basis. I would alos like to see oool hours and updates listed on the site.
