Smell at the front desk. Pool side rooms have a split unit that draws air from the pool area into the room. This air is humid due to the pool. It is uncomfortable. Recommend having fresh air brought in from outside rather than recycling pool air.

Most of the staff are nice and friendly. The breakfast lady was very nice to my son. Breakfast is only toast and caffe, any other option you must purchase. The pool was great, and my son had a great time. Overall, it was good.

The lobby and hallways are dingy and dirty. The staff were friendly and efficient. However no one could help me with my bags even though I have a disability and was given a room on the second floor. The room had been renovated in the last few years but shows much wear and tear…rips in the linoleum, very noisy fridge, dirty windows, broken mouldings. The room was very clean though.

Everything was quite clean, hotel was pretty quiet, and the water park in the pool was really cool. The slides and jets were all on timers that you as the guest control.

Maintenance is an issue as the air conditioner didn't work, the shower diversion valve was misaligned . On the positive side the staff did their best to accommodate solutions to get through the issue. We will return again

Hotel is in bad shape, however I checked in and in the room no air conditioning working, noise coming from all corners and bad odour in room and when I asked front desk about AC, she offered me a small useless fan. Then I asked to refund which she did but the next day they charged me again for which I am still waiting for refund with no response from them. So, don’t book this hotel they are thieves, any small motel beside a gas station must be a better option than this place.

Our stay

It was quick checking in and the employees were very nice and helpful. The only complaint would have is when first walk in it had a bit of a smell but once heading to our room the hallways were good and didnt smell.
