Staff was very helpful. Parking was easier than expected. Mohammed at the front desk was wonderful and checked in on us during our stay.

It was extremely well maintained and professional.

Balet parking

Extremely rude hotel staff across the board from the front desk to the elevator guards (the day-time guards were rude, the night-time guards were totally fine and kinder). Rooms are shockingly shabby and bathrooms are unacceptably filthy. The only two perks for this hotel are the location on Broadway and the fact that the restaurant, Friedman’s, is fantastic and has excellent food and waitstaff support.
