Williams Ski Resorts

The hotel is very clean and the decor is beautiful. It is vintage and preserved to keep its character. We stayed in the loft room which was nice. The only downfall was the shower. It was extremely small. I am 5’6”, 150lbs and I could touch the shower wall with my chest when I was rinsing out my hair. The floor boards were slightly squeaky. Hotels.com says the lobby receptionist is there from 1:30pm -8:00pm which is not true. The hotel receptionist arrives at 4:00pm. They are available from 4:00pm to 8:00pm. They have you sign a waiver that says it’s quite time from 10:00pm to 7:00am to respect other guests which is not enforced. No one is there. The walls are thin so I could hear the noisy neighbors laughing well past 10:00pm. You park at the back of the hotel which is small or the street. The town the hotel is located in is cute. There are lots of restaurants and shops.

The room was very clean, comfortable bed, plenty of towels and washcloths. The bathroom had little shampoos, conditioners, body lotions, plus bar soaps. Mini fridge and microwave. We went in the hot tub and pool for awhile, hot tub was extra hot but we were able to go in after awhile. Breakfast was good but best to go earlier. They have a guest laundry which was nice! Our clothes weren't dry on the first round so the girl at the front desk came and restarted it, which we thought was very nice. Pets are allowed and they have an area in the back for them. They have chargers for electric cars. Highly recommend!

I did not go to breakfast. It was a full house the night we stayed and the breakfast room was packed so we passed. The only thing I would suggest for amenities is maybe the hotel housing feminine products, tooth brush/paste etc, and other amenities instead of candy only because in emergency driving into business district and having to get back on the highway to come back is a little much. Other than that, it was good! :)

The location is perfect, the room is big & amenities in the room is perfect too…the only thing I missed was the free breakfast that I have gotten used to everywhere else.

Things were great

Room has been smoked in. There was no other room available. On a 34 degree night, we had to leave our window open and the air conditioning on full blast. Very limited breakfast. The manager wiped up a spill in the dining area with a towel using his foot. Our towel and washcloths were dirry.
