There was no hot water in the shower! No toilet paper towel holder in the restroom. Missing the cover plate on the outlet for the AC/Heater unit. Absolutely the worst hotel experience ive ever had.

I stayed in the room for seven days. The temperature of the shower water was warm at best, it was uncomfortable to shower. The sink was clogged. The staff did not respond to my request for assistance. they also did not provide a change of towels or empty the trash when requested. There are so many other options for accommodations in Williams, I would not stay here again.

It got the job done. Room was clean and tidy upon arrival, as was the bathroom. The ac/heater did the job as well, and kept the room warm. I was given the choice of room and which level, which was very convenient, and check in and out was very easy as well.
